“MARRIAGE IS FOR GOOD - 1”

SCRIPTURE READING: Genesis 2:24

MEMORY VERSE:
“Has not the Lord made them one? In flesh and spirit, they are His. And why one? Because He was seeking godly offspring. So guard yourself in your spirit; and do not break faith with the wife of your youth.” – Malachi 2:15 (NIV)

Marriage is a beautiful combination that melts two people of the opposite sex into each other, making them one full piece. God sees marriage this way and no more, for that is exactly the way He has designed it to be. Would you please see your marriage the way God sees it?

At one stage in life, you were with your parents. You did all you can to enjoy your stay as a child with them. Now you are in another stage in life, the marriage stage, apply all the biblical instructions and admonitions to your marriage to enjoy it. Above all, keep faith with the wife of your youth, till death do you part. God bless you as you do this.

MEDITATION:
I may not always feel love towards my spouse but I must always keep him/her and love him/her.

PRAYER:
May He who established marriage to be enjoyed by spouses, help me to enjoy, not endure, my marriage to the fullest.

THOUGHT:
Marriages are to be enjoyed not endured!
